4. Booking and Communication

All job bookings, communication, and coordination must be done within the WorkLink platform to ensure transparency and safety.

5. Payments

Clients and freelancers are responsible for arranging payment between themselves. WorkLink and PESO are not responsible for any payment disputes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting fake job offers or using misleading information
• Engaging in illegal, abusive, or exploitative behavior
• Sharing inappropriate or harmful content

7. Data Privacy

WorkLink respects and protects the privacy of its users. Any information submitted will only be used for job matching, verification, and communication purposes within the platform.

8. Modifications

WorkLink may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Users will be notified via email or system messages for any major changes.
